Blackville – Kathleen M. Harter 67, went into eternal rest on October 26, 2019 at Regional Medical Center of Orangeburg surrounded by family. The family will receive friends on Wednesday, October 30th at 2 p.m. at Dyches Funeral Home Chapel, Barnwell, S.C.
Kathleen was born in Bellevue, Kentucky to the late Robert Moore and Phronia Johnson Moore. She loved traveling, playing games with her family and cooking. She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother and will be missed by many.
Survivors include her husband of 48 years Jessie Harter, one daughter Jessica (Gregory) Gill of Blackville; one son Christopher D. Harter of Charleston; two sisters Betty Poe and Ramona Miller of Kentucky; one brother Bobby Moore of Kentucky; four grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
The family has entrusted Dyches Funeral Home and Crematory with the arrangements.
